comfortable stay but room could use soundproofing
The rooms were spacious, allowing us to move around easily. The air conditioning was efficient, providing a cool escape from the heat outside. I also enjoyed the view from our room, which added a nice touch to our mornings. The location offered easy access to various restaurants just a short walk away.
However, the noise from nearby streets occasionally disrupted our sleep.

We visited the stunning ruins and chilled by the waterfalls nearby. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff were lovely. Just a heads up, it can get noisy, so pack some earplugs! Breakfast was a real treat and really made our mornings.
The only downside was the lack of a breakfast option at some places, but there are tons of local spots nearby to grab a bite.

Great spot in Palenque!
We had a good time staying here. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for relaxing after exploring. Super convenient location, just a short walk to eat spots and shops. Only bummer was the breakfast. it could’ve used some variety.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
My family enjoyed two nights in the Economy King Room. Though we faced minor water leakage post-storm, the comfy beds made up for it. Make sure to arrive before 19:00 for parking! The location is handy for nearby attractions.

The breakfast was simple yet hearty, with homemade pastries that hit the spot! Plus, the staff was super friendly and even offered me a tasty cup of Chiapas coffee early in the morning. The location was prime, just a stroll away from local eateries like Restaurante Maras and Mr Taco.

Clean and Comfortable with Great Location
During my stay, I found the hotel to be a lovely retreat. The room was immaculate, with a very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning, which was much appreciated in the heat. The staff were friendly and ensured that everything went smoothly throughout my visit. However, it would be better if they offered a more varied breakfast option, as the current selection was a bit bland.

Solid clean facilities paired with efficient air conditioning made for a decent stay. The location is a short walk from downtown, perfect for grabbing some local eats and exploring.
The bed in the Standard Double Room felt cramped, resembling a twin size instead of a full bed. Noise from the street crept through the thin windows, making it hard to find peace at night. The balcony's lack of furniture was a letdown, making it feel pointless to have one at all. Additionally, the bathroom had an open window which added to the noise issue and the door couldn’t be fully closed from outside, which could be bothersome for some.
